In addition to managing the day to day operations of the wealth management office, Carrie is responsible for ensuring that all clients are “treated like family”. Through her extensive experience and customer service skills, Carrie provides support to our financial advisors, enhancing the client experience. All client families have a unique set of needs and goals. Carrie has tailored her skills to ensure that all client families feel valued and that their time visiting Hoosier Heartland Wealth Management is meaningful. Although her daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, managing all phone traffic along with various special administrative projects, our client families are her number one priority. Her previous experience in sales has given her great understanding and perspective of the needs of families. She is an invaluable member of the Hoosier Heartland family!
Outside of work, Carrie is passionate about giving back to the community. Carrie volunteers for various community projects throughout the year with Hoosier Heartland State Bank.
